Terms of Service

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the Reachr platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

The Platform is a job application management service that allows users to centralize their job search efforts, send personalized applications, and track their exchanges with recruiters.

Article 2 - Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to acceptance and compliance with these Terms.

Article 3 - Registration and User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To access the Platform services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Registration can be done via:

• An email address and password
• A Google account (OAuth)
• A LinkedIn account (OAuth)

3.2 Account Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities performed from their account. They agree to immediately notify Reachr of any unauthorized use of their account.

3.3 Age Requirements

Use of the Platform is reserved for adults (18 years or older) or minors with authorization from their legal guardian.

Article 4 - Description of Services

Reachr offers the following services:

Users agree to:

• •Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• •Use the Platform for its intended purpose (legitimate job search)
• •Not use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• •Respect the rights of third parties and applicable laws
• •Not attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures
• •Not use unauthorized automated systems (bots, scripts)

Article 6 - Intellectual Property

The Platform, its content (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software) and structure are the exclusive property of Reachr and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their content (CV, personalized email templates, contact data) and grant Reachr a limited license to use them for service provision.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of the Platform is prohibited.

Article 7 - Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Platform allows connection to third-party services (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn). Use of these services is subject to their own terms of service.

Reachr is not responsible for the operation, availability, or changes made by these third-party services.

Article 8 - Limitation of Liability

Reachr strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Platform. However, Reachr cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Effective email delivery (dependent on recipient servers)
• Specific results (positive responses, job offers)
• Accuracy of data imported from third-party services

Article 9 - Pricing and Payment

The Platform offers various subscription plans with prices indicated on the dedicated page. Prices are expressed in euros and may be modified at any time.

In case of price changes, users will be notified at least 30 days before the new prices take effect.

Payments are processed through secure providers. Users guarantee they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Article 10 - Termination

10.1 Termination by User

Users can delete their account at any time from their account settings. Deletion results in permanent erasure of all data within 30 days.

10.2 Termination by Reachr

Reachr reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive use of the Platform, after prior notification except in urgent cases.

Article 11 - Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

Article 12 - Modification of Terms

Reachr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes by email or notification on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 13 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 14 - General Provisions

If any clause of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the other clauses shall remain in effect.

Failure by Reachr to exercise a right provided in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
